Summary: This is my 2nd stay at the Mainstay and will be my go-to for future stays in the Phoenixville-Oaks area. Staff is very pleasant, courteous, helpful, and takes pride in the property. The hotel itself is an older property with smaller rooms, but very clean. The hotel is located on a fairly busy strip of stores and shops with many nice bars and restaurants within a minute or two walk.

Summary: Cute little hotel right in the middle of unique shops and restaurants. The room was clean and cozy. The vibes were very chill except the first night but we did arrive on New Year's Eve so we don't fault our neighbors for being a little loud. The staff was very kind and attentive. Breakfast was a little lackluster but there are quite a few cafes surrounding the hotel that if you need something more substantial you can just walk two mins to get it. Parking can be tricky. We were lucky to be able to park in their small lot for free. Everything we enjoyed was within walking distance so we didn't have to worry about parking for the rest of our trip. Overall, the place was perfect for the relaxing, easy going start to the year we were looking for.

Summary: Outstanding service, comfortable and clean room. The lobby coffee and tea service were great. Hotel is older, but nicely renovated. No elevator or in-room coffee, but the price and location make up for that. Great value and would stay here again.
